H2 anniversary looks far more promising than this for a remake. H2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire but I'll see once they come out.

GB version > this one. Nothing beats the original.

Nope, this seems like a much better edition but one thing that's been bothering me is that why does Steven have a mega charizard x? At least it appears that way from the leaks. Another thing is that, they should seriously take a break after these remakes. X/Y only lasted for a year... sure there's a lot of people still playing but still these remakes came out too early.

I rather have remastered soundtracks. HG/SS had excellent soundtracks and improved greatly from G/S/C but HG/SS is hands down the best remake thus far. I wonder how well OR/AS will compare with HG/SS.

Well I played HG just to bring back all the good memories, But I enjoyed it alot, they did a great job on it.
I didn't care for the music, because the G/S/C soundtracks weren't that good tbh.

On the other hand R/S/E got the music out of the pokemon games I played (Gen1,2&3), dunno bout the new generation games.

I just hope they won't change it, they were masterpieces. You'd know that if you played G/S/E back in the day.
