[Suggestion] Points?

I'm not sure if vBulletin has this anymore but users had points, for referrals, posts, gaining +rep, etc.
With these points, users could purchase whatever was available to them or could donate them to other users.
I was wondering if this would ever be considered? As it would be a way to give to contest winners or give to other users who complete requests for sigs/artwork. This is just out of curiosity.

This was available a while ago, but the service was removed when NB updated to VB 4. Although VB still supports the service, I think that the admins have said that the 'Kumi System' as it was called won't be returning.
