[Technical Issue] PMs are acting up

Me and my friend were PMing and sometimes he got the same PM twice and same for me, then me and my friend sometimes didnt get messages Lol. Now im currently having this problem with another friend. Whats happening?

Are you sure it's not an internet/browser problem?

At least you get PM's. Admins checked out my problem and cannot figure it out. I need to check my emails too see what people PM me.

Not sure if it would work or if you tried already- reset General settings in your user cp even if the options are the same as before( just click them off and on back anyway) and save it.
