pls explain...about the tree

In today manga we can see madara summoned gedo mazo ...buh I thought gezo mazo turn to the huge tree....pls who can explain,,,,,,and I can see it coming out of obito....pls anyone can explain this....I will greatly appreciate it.

The tree got one-shotted by friendship.

It has no life/chakra in it. It's pretty much dead. It came out of the Juubi, the Juubi didn't transform into it.

Gedo mazo is the empty shell of the juubi, shinju is the final form of the juubi..

 

[LUMOS ULTIMATUM]

The outside tree, shinju was a manifestation of the juubi. The real juubi was inside obito. That's why when shinju came out of obito, he was still jinchuriki because Juubi was still inside of him. When Naruto pull out the tailed beast chakra, the shinju manifestation stopped blooming and remained there while the juubi inside of obito transformed back into the gedo mazo.
