Yin seal stores chakra
Sakura is a master at controlling her chakra
The yin seals doesn't cost chakra its only a preservation and concentration tank for it to be stored in.

Also she hasn't been fighting as long as tsuande has.

As I remember it, Tsunade's Seal disappears and she turn to her actual form when her every ounce of chakra is exhausted ..... as in the panels of 662 Sakura still had slight amount of chakra left (But maybe not enough to do a complete technique), So I dont find much contradiction here ..... Just Yin Seal wanker disappointment.

It clearly says a few pages later that Sakura still has chakra left, reading is a wonderful thing. Go back, reread, and use information already give in earlier chapters, like when Sakura got her power up. Kishi has been talking about Sakura's chakra control being the best on team 7 from the beginning and subtly bringing it back up throughout pt1 and pt2.

Why complain now? This manga is shit now when it comes to consistency. Only in last chapter, Hashirama says that he can't knead chakra because of the rods, but the next second he hands it over to Sasuke ... what the frack?
