Plotholes

So I've been around NB a bit and since I have there have been a lot of statements about Kishi leaving tons of plotholes. I haven't noticed any myself but would love to hear about some if you all could share.

From your thread title i was assuming you were going to present some plotholes...

but one i think of is mito uzumaki who according to kushina helped aid hashirama with kurama at the end of the battle but kishi has yet to show mito uzumaki, he probably will sooner or later.

I think tobi=obito is 1 of the biggest for the most people.

I like it but look

At the kyuubi attack it was actually :

A 14 year old boy capturing kushina get the 9 tailed of her
and controlling the 9 tails
killing loads of ANBU Member who are high skilled shinobi

and then have a 1vs1 fight against the Hokage/Sensei..
and even survive the battle

and that all at the age of 14

what a master.

i wouldnt say plot holes like the above said its either where someone has misread the panels or if there is a plot hole then they are normally explained a lot later on... people just dont have the patience to wait for it to be explained

I haven't noticed any myself... Narutozzz makes a good point. Wouldn't really consider that a plothole, just unrealistic.

Plot holes I have noticed:

1: Obito got crushed by the boulder and died (Kishimoto got around this by having Obito activating his Mangekyu Sharingan before he had obtrained it...)

2: Tobi infiltrated the leaf village, killing dossens of ANBU black ops, summoning the Kyubi and fighting toe to toe against the 4'th hokage (all this happened a very few years after the bridge mission where Obito was supposely "crushed/killed") at this point Obito is still in his mid teens/late teens! (14-18) So when did he get this massively powerup? and the huge amount of information he got... and more importently how? and many skilled ninja train all their lives and still dosen't become as powerfull as Obito managed to be in just 2-5 years... He pretty much went from being a loser/guy without much talent for being anything more than just a cannon fotter ninja (with the sharingan though) to becomming one of the strongest characters in the naruto universe! (Kishimoto never got around this plot hole, it's still there, unexplained)

3: how could Minato not reconize his former student, sure as far as Minato knew he was, but Naruto said himself that when Shinobi get to a surtain level they get the ability to instantly know/sence the other person they are fighting, and know their fealings, thoughts, skill level and desires as soon as they fight with them (naruto says this after the incident where sasuke tries to kill sakura, kakashi and Naruto) (Kishimoto never got around this plot hole, it's still there, unexplained)

4: When Kakashi died he saw Obito in the "next world" as a Kid, so how can Obito be alive and a adult in the real world, when his "soul" is in the "next world" as a kid... ?

5: Obito obtained the Mangekyu Sharingan after Kakashi killed his closest friend (Rin) .... and here I though that the Mangekyu Sharingan only got "unlocked" when you personally wend true the traumatic experience of killing your own "best friend" (this was how it was explained to us) not magicly getting it when someone else "who do posses 1 of your eyes" killes their best friend. (Kishimoto explained it this way... I personally feal it's a copeout, and it was his only way of giving Obito the Mangekyu Sharingan without having Obito kill Kakashi)

Naruto and Sasuke are what? 15? 16? One is in the process of saving the world and one is an S-rank international criminal. Crazy things can happen in 14 years...

He was given power by Madara and he also had some part of Senju's power,so he's gotta be able to do that much.

I agree with the first one, but the rest.. nope. 2: Tobi got the power up from the Senju DNA and his Super Mangekou Sharingan Ability (which is hard to beat) and lots of training from Madara. All the information he got was from Madara via Sharingan, like when Itachi showed Sasuke all about the Uchiha massacre within seconds via his Sharingan. 3: Minato probably could recognize him because Obito simply didn't want him to know. I think you have to let someone read your mind or know how you feel before he is able to do so. Otherwise there won't be secrecy in the Shinobi world, a ninja would just be an open book whenever he decides to fight. 4: as others have said, those where Kakashi's thoughts of Obito and Rin. 5: I believe the killing of your best friend was something Itachi said just so he could test Sasuke. Itachi didn't kill his best friend (Shisui), Madara and Izuna also didn't kill their best friends, likewise Sasuke. Hate awakens it.

But young itachi killing most of the uchiha clan is plausible and this is not? and come one. EVERYONE nearly thought Tobi was Obito at first. then they start changing their minds after other uchiha like izuna and kagami were introduced. I always knew Tobi was obito. In fact my old friend from high school owes me 10 bucks. the bet was for 5 but i paid him when i thought he was madara. now i need a refund and then sum lol
