How did Kakuzu, who had 100 years of experience, was in a form specifically to counter Naruto's clones, and claimed clones would never work on him after seeing one of naruto's feints already, get fooled by a clone feint from a 16 year old?

He didnt flip through kamui he only slipped when he fell
Kakauzu got deceived by naruto clones it doent matter the experience all it matters is to concentrtae well when fighting plus he just didnt see the clone so what should he do he's done

Not true. Madara clearly states Obito slipped through the rock into the cave. It's very heavily implied that it was Kamui related.

Indeed, He slipped through the ground into the underground passage Madara had created awhile ago.

Im thinking it's possible because of that the fact madara used Susano'o without eyes.

Obito could slipt through the rock just like Madara could use Susanoo without eyes, its an Uchiha thing, he didnt get Kamui from those eyes he got Kamui because those eyes belonged to him.

Why was he not brought back as a old man when his Edo Body should've went away when Rinne Tensei was used on him?

Where did Itachi say that?f you have'nt noticed everytime Susanoo has been used it's always with the Sharingan activated,and before you bring up Itachi he still had his eyes unlike Madara.

Except by all logic Rinne Tensei should have revived Madara back into the state in which he died in.His Edo Body was just a shell for his soul since Edo Tensei only brings back the soul and not the actual body.

He didnt slip through half his body was crashed ..it was just a methaphor by madara geez...
also that part about kakuzu how is that a plothole? He was clearly fooled and defeated...simoly knowing a technique doesnt make u immune to it especially not when youre arrogant like kakuzu ... age doesnt matter in that case.

because madara was brouth back with edo tensei but in young form.. so when u use rinne tensei to revive madara u cant revive him in old state because he is on battlefield in edo tensei... its hard to explain if i dont know good gramatic

Why didn't nagato rejuvenate himself with bijuu chakra before. Why did he only do it as an edo tensei?
