Plothole that would've saved Madara

So I was just thinking about how when Madara got both Rinnegan he didn't have his goudama. I thought back to when he lost them when Minato teleported them away.

The other ones were being used to protect him from Gai's attack.

Those should have stayed with him and his other ones should have come back from where Minato was like they did with Obito.

if he had had those plus all of his other powers, he would have raped Naruto and Sasuke and his back would've been protected against BZ

the rest were sent inside kamui. there is no telling where in kamui they went. plus, naruto had gudo also so they would have just stalemated there anyways. so it would have just ended up the exact same way.
