Plothole regarding Juubito's vulnerability and his orbs,

1.) Vulnerability to Sage Mode Enhanced Techniques:

It was said that Juubito is vulnerable to Sage Mode, but how come he is able to shatter Sage Mode Hashirama's seal of Sage Art: Gate of the Great God and Sage Mode Enhanced 4 Hokages' Four Red Yang Formation?

Only Sage Sage Mode Enhanced Techniques can harm Juubito yet he created a barrier to protect himself from (4)Tailed Beast Balls.


2.) Juubito's Black Orbs can erase any Ninjutsu:

Yet it can't erase Tobirama's Flying Thunder God Mark on his back.

2. If i told you that i made you immune to gun shots, would you pick up a shotgun and unload it in your mouth immediately? I doubt it. Not counting the fact that he's probably harmed by his own attacks, as they originate from the juubi who himself is made of nature energy.
3. Unknown, but he has already erased on mark, so clearly it's no impossible, just an oversight on his part.

He's weak to it, as it damages it him, but it wasn't a straight up attack. It was to nullify his movement, but he was able to over power it with sheer force. Naruto's Rasengan was a straight up Senjutsu based attack in which damaged him.

Obito's new form = near invincible armor.
Obito has an absolute weapon, Onmyōden.
Normal swords cannot break that armor, i.e. Ninjutsu.
Senjutsu, another absolute weapon, is the only thing that can pierce Obito's armor.
However, Onmyōden can easily clash with Senjutsu... It's like two absolute weapons parrying each other.

Senjutsu isn't the only "absolute armor."
If sasuke had Curse mark or Orochi used Kabuto's sage powers, then it would do the same amount of damage, oh and Hashi too.

I would add to the fact that the Juubi carries Natural Energy. Obito fired the TBBs away from him because they were infused with Natural Energy. Had he not done so, it would be more likely for him to be killed.

And the Sealing Gate deal; he did not use anything but his physical strength to physically break the gates. Obito did not cancel the FTG Seal because he didn't realized that he was being marked.
