Sakura has excellent chakra control remember ? even wayyy better than Naruto and Sasuke and anyone Karin's met.

Sakura knows she has to keep her chakra down while searching for someone like Sasuke because of his Sharingan.

Sakura simply kept her chakra extremely low . (just like the Z fighters when they lower their power levels to surprise ppl.


Also .. Sakura's headband is pointed UP.. Karin cant see the LEAF symbol from their unless she stands on her toes and looks on the top of Sakura's head.. Sakura wears her Leaf Headband like a Ribbon or bow. ^_^

She cant sense everyone at all times. Remember when Madara was listening to Tobirama and Hashirama's conversation? Hashirama thought he heard someone and asked Tobirama if he sensesd anyone. Tobirama told him that at the moment, he wasnt using his sensing ability. It isnt AKWAYS active, only when a sensor wants it to.

She didn't noticed only Sakura, She sensed a huge amount of chakra closing near them.
And, in the village there roams several shinobis around so it's not possible for her to notice the Konoha shinobis. Also that was the first time in the village, that is why, she noticed those chakras once again.
