Obito doesn't have Susanoo.

According to the databooks Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi = Susanoo.

Obito has neither, even if any two powers would suffice to create it, Obito still only has one.

thats absolutely wrong. Shisui didnt have Amaterasu but had susanoo. Susanoo in the databook is classified as a dojutsu/ninjutsu/kekkei genkai. Obito just didnt have the stuff to awaken one

I am bored, and read your post and replies.
1. Obito never displayed the ability to use Susano, not a single time.
2. Last chapter he passed out saving Sasuke. At the start of this chapter he teleported again. The fact he is still standing just in itself is amazing.
3. Then, he was just able to squeeze out enough chakra to save Kakashi... Not enough chakra for Susano even if he could use it in the first place.

Shisui only has Suanoo inone game. Video games dont count as part of the canon storyline so him having it in the game doesn't mean anything.

All Uchiha are Indra's Decendants,but you probably meant his reincarnations.
