All the Animals Summon is in Naruto Earth/World, example, Pain said it would take months on secret paths from Konohagakure to reach the famous Mount Myobuku. Now, don't tell me the hawk is something special as having his own universe.

Sasuke is a rinnegan user capable of using the paths, so his summons might be broken free of it.
Unexplained, but completely plausible; ie not a plot hole.

obito´s seal was weakend by bijuu extraction and he had just perform rinne tensei by that moment so he was also dying which means that no chakra was being directed towards the seal, and like others said if rinnegan allowed madara to break chubaku´s tensei seal it should be a piece of cake to do it from an already weakend seal

Madara thanked Naruto for weakening Obito right before he summoned the Gedo Mazo. If you notice, Madara's summon did in fact affect Naruto. The difference is that Naruto was strong enough to resist the summoning, while Obito could not.

Another, more speculative, reason could be that Naruto's seal was more advanced than Obito's. This may have provided extra resistance to a powerful summoning.
