There is certainly this. She was shocked by sasuke stabbing her, and perhaps because she is so crazy about him, she even wanted to die.

She nearly had full chakra though..

No she didnt. Sasuke took quite a bit of chakra from her several times before danzos fight. If not for him takeing all that chakra, he wouldve been foderized by danzo(as he was pretty beat up after 5 kage summit)

Now since she also had given chakra to tsunade, I would lean more towards her just being in shock after getting stabbed by sasuke.
