my question is that how the heck did it develop in under ten years. Building is
the easier thing how did the get the population for it. Like seriously with that
greenery and countryside looks of the narutoverse and then thos buildings, i just
feel sad.

Btw 80000 shinobi took part in the world war and only a few hundreds survived
so it again raises the population question.

And now would we see robots and cars and planes in the mini series?

According to Kishi, the Narutoverse has always been an amalgamation of old and new technologies, with an exception of cars and firearms. Anything else has the possibiliy to exist.

As for the buildings, a simple use of Doton techniques can give rise to an entire city in no time, the same way Yamato rebuild the village with his use of Mokuton techniques.

10 year is more then enough to build that, whole cities have been build in less then 5 years in real life. And this is a manga. DO some history reading
