Plothole in Naruto Manga

while i was writing my new TOBIDARA thread , i noticed a funny plothole in the Manga

Note : according to my tobidara theory there's a chance that this might might might not be a plothole..i'll explain you why in my next thread

tobi is madara cuz itachi and kisame said that i belive in them..i can't let theù die being fooled by Bobito..that's why i make tobidara threads in memory of them
