Plothole? How did Hagoromo become a JuubiJin if they used CT on Kaguya? I thought Hagoromo and Hamura sealed the Tentails inside Hagoromo.

We Just saw that the Gedou Mazou is made, but that would be the likeliest thing. The Juubi came out, and they sealed it in him. Still doesn't explain why he thought it was the incarnation of the Shinju if it came out of her...

He had the Juubi in him while making the Bijuu, the Gedou Mazou (Empty Shell) after creating them. I know, but it was stated someone that he sealed Kaguya, I'm sure of it.

Let me get one thing strait: Hagoromo did not create the moon on his deathbed, no matter what version you belive. Either he made it with Hamura in his prime, or he made it when he was still Juubi Jinchuriki, Released the bijuu and that killed him.
