It is a KKG. Boruto is a descendant of the Hyuuga clan. Therefore he simply inherited the KKG.

He technically isn't , a hyugga is one with the byakugan according the hinata man father, boruto simply learned gentle fist from hinata probably. I'm not saying he doesn't have hyuuga blood, so he has a affinity for gentle fist, but the point is that it isn't a kkg, the byakugan is , gentle fist isn't limited by the blood

Show me a scan of Hiashi saying that you are not Hyuuga if you don't have byakugan. He most likely said something like the Hyuuga clan has the byakugan, but that just refers to the clan in general (since most Hyuugas have it). It doesn't refer to every member.

Anyway, it is limited by blood. Read the scan that the dude posted earlier. It actually describes GF as a KKG. Also, when it comes to bloodline abilities, official acceptance or classification into a group doesn't matter. It only matters that you have the blood.
