Look at the size of this Rasengan---->

Note how small shield breaks but completely repels the rasengan----->

You must be registered for see images

Now tell me, how does this much smaller attack push this massive shield?----->

You must be registered for see images

The only thing I can think of is

Force of: The Rasengans + the Tails + the Kyuubi (as it was going with great speed) > Force of: The Rasengan + the Kyuubi's arms
The 1st shield seems to work more as a trampoline
And Obito was using those gigant arms in the 1st panel
