Nope Sasuke was just stunned for a minute when he saw a kid with Sharingan wearing the Uchiha emblem

It could be. Or perhaps that kid is so skilled that he managed to get away from one of the strongest Shinobi in history. Also it's not like just because a character can easily win quickly against someone weaker than him/her that he/she automatically will. He/she could end of underestimating their opponent,and be surprised.

Sasuke was caught off guard, and shocked when he saw the Uchiha crest, and that kid's Sharingan.
