Izanami actually works.
Sasuke and Naruto become friends.
Sakura being useful.
Naruto doesn't become Hokage.
Jiraiya doesn't come back.

 

[Sabuto Hayashi]

Naruto defeats Tobi and becomes Hokage.
However, Naruto merges with Sasuke and transforms into the Juubi, which turns the entire world to s***.
Then, it's revealed that Tobi was from the future and was actually trying to kill Naruto to prevent the end of the world. xd

 

[The Southern Killer]

Sakura is the new Hokage after all the strong people are killed off.
