Plot Twist with Kawaki origin

It possible for Kawaki to be an adult trap in a young body like Tsunade ,Current Orichimaru , Chin (Sasuke shiden) etc ?
This could explain why he was able to take down Naruto in the time skip.Naruto maybe underestimated/ overlook him base on his youthful appearance ,then get defeated directly or assassinated off guarded.
In addition, another reason why i believe Kawaki is an experience adult,look at Orichimaru in the time skip,he about 4 times younger than his former self .A normal snake ritual /body transfer usually keep him appearance at adult hood rather than a teen.
