I believe that Madara original body could be stored in the same location where the 6 path of Pein bodies were store in a lab .I am sure that Obito did show/tell Nagato about the jutsu and how to preserve the dead bodies in the lab (below)
Nagato used to stored his paths in lab inorder to preserve their body and his chakra.If Madara use black zetsu/his will to take over the preserve old body of Madara then there can be chances he can perform rinnetensi on himself or make his old body use Human path on edo madara inorder to take out his soul and become whole.What u think?Nagato did tried to use human path on naruto but he fail dude to Solo king (itachi).
