[Theory] Plot Twist: Kakashi ends Sasuke?

While playing through the new Naruto game, I experienced the battle involving Sasuke under the bridge shortly after the Kage Summit. I noticed that Kakashi kept insisting he handle Sasuke while Naruto backs off so that Naruto can pursue being hokage. I then went back to the corresponding manga and anime and they were more or less the same. I wondered then, will Kakashi sacrifice himself when Naruto and Sasuke battle? Will he be the one to put a stop to Sasuke so that Naruto can be hokage? He obviously feels responsibility for his student, so it would make sense. Do you think it will be Kakashi who takes Sasuke down?

Kakashi would get Chidori Amasteru'ed.

Naruto got this.

After all Kishi stated he is the Final Villain sadly.

Kakashi can't touch Sasuke's current level. He better keep himself out of the fight and leave Naruto and Sasuke to kill each other as they last discussed before Sasuke went to go get Itachi's eyes transplanted.

Kakashi isn't even close to the par of Sasuke and Naruto NOW. Imagine at the end of the series. Kakashi ain't killing Sasuke

When Sakura and Kakashi faced Sasuke,Kakashi said He was glad Naruto had shown up or He and Sakura would be dead.
