Obito couldn't even phase while the Jinchuriki of the Juubi. Theoretically no part of the Juubi's host can be Kamui'd.

Dude kamui wouldn't work on him -_-......... Manga has already established that it's impossible to kamui the juubi's jin because juubi can't travel between dimensions.

First, this chapter proved that Madara can attack faster than kamui teleports, so if kakashi even tries to use kamui he gets a omnyouton orb in his face. -Second, sending beings that have immense chakra reserves is now proven to be harder than non chakra dense beings, Their is a good chance that kakashi would be unable to kamui snipe madara at all.
