Plot Problems With Naruto

A lot of people seem to think that since a certain point in the manga/anime Kishimoto cheaped out the story and changed what they loved about Naruto into something they didn't love.

I actually have been starting to try and identify these problems people have had with the story, whether its the handling of the time skip or the bull rebirths at the end of the Pain arc or anything else.

If you guys would be so kind as to detail your opinions on the issue, that'd be just cool.

Most of them appear to be in part 2, though I wouldn't exactly call them plotholes, problems or whatever, just inconsistencies, parts I disliked or that could have been better. I'm actually somewhat rewriting all of part 2 with all the things I wanted and more added in as a practice for creative writing to get me back into the mood for writing fiction. It keeps changing and changing though so it's either going to take a really long time to finish or I'll wind up just dropping it altogether because some of the changes I make wind up being unoriginal or inconsistent as well lols.

The only problems people have are pointless nit-picks and whatever the **** they define as an "asspull"

Though I will say that some things, like Kaguya and SasuSaku were awful.

The whole Otsutsuki clan introducing sucked ass, including Naruto and Sasuke being reincarnations of Ashura and Indra.
The pacing of the war arc was too slow.
Obito should've turned into doritos atleast 25 chapters earlier.
The asspulls; Obito kamuing from the fucking dead to give Kakashi his powers etc etc.
