Plot No Jutsu?

I understand that sometimes the author of Naruto has certain things happen that makes people wonder how some things happened. Whatever situations it might be, people blame it on plot no jutsu or talk no jutsu and i understand and can agree with a lot of it. However, isn't everything that happens in movies, novels or stories in general, doesn't what the writer decides to make the plot, isn't that all plot no jutsu?

So what's the point of blaming things of plot no jutsu or talk no jutsu if we can say that for all stories, movies, books and son? Whatever happens was meant to happen by the one who wrote the story.

People who use Plot No Jutsu as an excuse do it because they wanna boost their favourite characters by saying another characters feats are plot which is just stupid because their favourite character or any character is PLOOOOOOT.

Plot no jutsu is different. The things that take place DIDN"T have to happen for progression. They happened because the the author wrote himself into a hole, and had to figure a way out. For example, bijuu mode was extrememly forced. The relationship between naruto & kurama was a definite asspull. They became friends because kishi needed to give naruto another powerup. It is an asspull when there is no buildup the entire series to it. Naruto denounced and shut down kurama earlier in the series when he saw sasuke after the timeskip. He didn't bother with him, he did exactly what mito & kushina did, they said "stay put and be tranquil inside me". Naruto himself said that they both didn't want this, but in orde to make it work they need to be seperate. Kurama stays put and shuts up and naruto won't bother him.

See what I mean? Naruto never respected kurama or made any attempt to acknowledge him as a person/comrade. It was not developed enough to be called friendship. Things happen in a manga sometimes because the writer needed to give the character a powerup and he saw no other way.
