You do know that a plot is essential to a story right or no ?
Suigetsu was experimented on by oro so he knew a few bases himself which can be credited by knowing karin who was stationed at one hideout and also knowing juugo who was also stationed at another hideout.The point being him knowing about oros hideouts are not a stretch and we all know juugo has outburst so the how it happened is not the actual cause for disbelief its more of the findings that have people in disbelief and to that i say why ? The man (oro) had secret bases it is too far of a stretch to say he had secret compartments to his secret hideouts ? Not everything in a story can be streamlined from the same source you come at it from different angles and they way it happened it true to the characters and setting.This does not constitute as a "plot hole"
