Nope naruto wanted to prove him that he can damage hes forehead(the thing they started on hospital roof where sasuke said that naruto cant scratch sasukes forehead protector) when he loses hes conciousness in fox he cant summon rasengan anymore so he knew what he was doing.

You know what this means btw, the fact that Naruto had such a powerful summon at that age means that he had a way way more powerful skill set than Sasuke, even though he had only half mastered his Bunta summon.

Naruto's summon only works half the time, and bunta isn't gonna fight a kid.

How is this Plot no Jutsu? We've seem Ninjas throughout NarutoVerse do one thing while they could have done another... it is not Plot no Jutsu...

That only happened when he wasn't using Karuma's chakra, He accessed one tails and was still conscious, he could have summoned Bunta.
