How come when Sasuke got Itachi's eyes transplanted he had to wait quiet some time to use them. Madara takes obitos eye & he uses it instantly. Why is it not an EMS, a mix of Madara's original sharingan and Obito's. Why is Obito's sharingan not an EMS when a pure blooded Uchiha such as Madara wields it????

If I do remember correctly... didn't Guy destroy Madara's arm and part of his ribs and Madara healed and regrew an arm? So implanting and eye shouldn't take Madara any time to heal. I just wonder if Madara changed the design layout of Obito's MS... into a EMS... and once Madara has the Rinnegan... if he'll throw the eye on the ground and Kakashi might get it back?

Madara has Hashirama's healing along with the healing granted by the Juubi's "perfect body". After Sasuke's surgery he had to wait for his eyes to heal and recover, the same goes for Madara. Only that Madara's healing is billion times better than Sasuke's, so for him its almost instant.

EMS is the result of the overlapping of two pair of eyes, in the case of Sasuke he got Itachi's eyes transplanted over his own eyes, and as result he awakened the EMS.

How much eyes did Madara transplant over himself? One, because the other eye was already upgraded to EMS at least once. Ergo, even if he put directly a new sharingan in his eyesocket, this new eye would not evolve to EMS, because Madara's brain already sprouted the special chakra that forces the evolution of the sharingan, at least once.

Otherwise, why would Madara say that he was "nurturing" a new eye when Sasuke was recieving the powers of Hashirama? He could take Sasuke eyes in this case, but he did not.

Guess why ...

Madara have everything inside his body.. To awakens EMS need sibling MS eyes.. Madara & Obito not a sibling.. So where the plot holes?
