i am confused abt some missing links in manga that is why kishi brought them
like madara throwing sage tools
fruit of holy tree
he should clear things not drag them

Those aren't plot holes. The fruit tree hasn't been fully explained yet but I wouldn't call it a plot hole. Also Madara getting rid of the tools makes sense, though it would be stupid if they were used against him.

saying that hashi and madara older and younger sons are parallels for naruto and sasuke
why hashi and madara's situation is nothing like older/young nor naru/sas

The younger son and/or naruto sucked in the beginning the work hard to become strong chasing after older/sasukes in terms of power

this didn't happen in the maddy hashi situation hashi was better than madara from the start and that stayed the same all the way until the hashi died. Also hashi didn't need other people to become strong every time he's spoken about you hear he had only 1 rival and we all know that wasn't much of a rivalry.
