after some years hiruzen used it on hashirama and tobirama and sealed them within himself....

but when orochimaru released the souls from the shingami all the individual souls got out .....and technically yin kurama should have also gone back to yang kurama ...
bt it didnt happen and it stayed behind in minato ...

i need some explanation about this thing ...!!

Well for one Minato used a sealing tech to cage kurama within himself. Those that Hiruzen reaped were not ment to be locked within his body. That is just how it looks when the reaper takes the souls, it goes through the user. At least that's how I'm making it out. You're just looking too hard to find plot holes when there is none

First of Hiruzen didn't seal them in himself. He sealed himself, Tobirama, and Hashirama in the reaper. Minato on the other hand physically sealed part of Kurama in himself, part in Naruto, and part in the reaper.

It was sealed inside Minato, who was sealed in the reaper. But that doesn't mean the reaper's seal to hold Minato, is holding Kurama.

It's he classic Pokémon inside the Pokéball, inside the Pokéball. You can release the Pokéball, but the Pokémon is still captured.
