plot-holes and confusion

Okay, I'll start off with the first thing I don't understand.

1: Black Zetsu was supposedly created from Madaras' will, which in fact turned out to be Kaguyas' all along. What I don't understand about this is how her will got inside Madara in the first place, in order to to create Black Zetsu.

2: I think this part is a major screw up on Kishi's part. Obito, who was on his last legs, was able to supress Black Zetsu and fight Madara fairly well at the same time. But Madara, who was considered an OP monster of an Uchiha, gets taken over by Black Zetsu so easily without so much a hint of resistance.

3: I'm sure this has probably been said before but I haven't seen it, so I'll be saying as well. How could Kaguya have preformed the IT if the moon was created after her tyrannical ruling, by her son the So6P? That also leaves to questing; how is there anyone left in the elemental nations if Kaguya turned everyone into white zetsu years ago?

And finally, question 4: It has long been confirmed that the white zetsu's were created from Hashiramas' DNA, hell, even Sakura and Shizune confirmed it. But now the latest chapter says that the IT turns people into white zetsus and Kaguya had done this to people once before. And yet, that shouldn't be possible since Hashirama didn't even exist during Kaguyas' time.

After everyone got into infinite tsukuyomi Zetsu was able to gather all the chakra that was needed for Kaguya to be full, the chakra he collected was greater than Juubi's, this equals to more than Madara had = Dead Madara.

Kaguya didn't use IT to reflect her eye on the moon, so it wasn't on that big of a scale.

I think Kaguya's essence (Chakra) was sealed inside the God tree, and since Madara ran out of his own chakra, he had to use the Mazo's chakra to performe jutsu, and thus Black Zetsu was created by Madara using the chakra of Kaguya, and that's why he's her will.

I guess it's due to Obito having more willpower than Madara, and that's why Obito was able to resist Black Zetsu.

Since her IT wasn't global, it didn't affect all the people. I also think it can be reversed...perhaps by creation of all things? And thus Hagoromo saved the world by freeing everybody of his mother's will.

There's no need to read it again. It isn't gonna change what's happened. They may not be full blown plot hole but they're close enough and I doubt kishi is gonna go back and explain everything. Hardly any author ever does.
