uchiha havn't got strong enough bodies to handle the chakra. the only reason the shinobi alliance can wield the kyuubi's chakra is because naruto turns it into his own and its less harmful.

He didn't have time to make himself a jinchuriki and I don't think he can force the kyuubi to give him its powers remember they have to be on equal terms or the kyuubi will suck his chakra while hes using its powers so no plot hole you fail
