remember when danzo spammed izanagi and came back unscathed?

but when obito did izanagi he didnt?

how come when madara programmed his ms to use izanagi before his fight with hashi. he came back with wound?

shouldn't he have came back undamaged just as danzo did since the jutsu was prior to the altercation?

Madara set Izanagi to activate after his death. Even though he programmed it before he received his wounds, it physically activated afterwards, meaning his death was nullified, but his previous wounds were not just like with Obito as you mentioned.

alright maybe i shouldve over thought it but im lazy rn

it makes sense that his eyes were still able to cast jutsu

like how obito took nagatos rinnegan and was able to implement path techniques.
