It says it in the page that he used a genjutsu. He would have to cast it on the moon or some other kind of technique. I would guess that was sharingan genjutsu.

When Sasuke tried to use Amaterasu on Naruto, he caused too much strain on his eye (Rinnegan). The strain of the eye made him lose focus which is why Sakura managed to come out of the genjutsu. The Rinnegan Genjutsu must have been a passively controlling ability, so as long as Sasuke was fine and there was no strain on his eye, Sakura may have - theoretically - been stuck in that genjutsu forever

All I know is, Naruto is a racist. "That Black Guy isnt affected" Also the translators need to work on grammer. It should be effected. To be effected by something. The other spelling is for like affection/feelings

Nowhere, but we have nothing that states the limitations/standards of Rinnegan Genjutsu as opposed to Sharingan Genjutsu. For that reason, I made a theory which makes reasonable sense.

that genjustu lasted 24 hours which is how long sasuke and Naruto have been fighting so he's out of chakra to sustain the genjustu which means the bijuu are out of the genjustu as well this might not end well lol

Kishimoto always pulls things out of his ass, then give a confusing explanation later on for clarification. I don't think he'll even explain this time what happened here :S

But Sakura never "broke" the genjutsu, the castor (in my theory) was no longer able to use the genjutsu
