Edit-OT: Can't Minato just throw kuina from a kunai. He can throw one kunai and when it has travelled some distance, he can throw another and teleport it to the first one he threw, and the second one will travel later with its initial velocity too,, so it'll cover twice the distance. After that another kunai,, 9-10 kunai IMO would do the job.

That kunai was there for 16+ years. FTG seals never disappeared. He most likely walked on the water to that island and placed that kunai there years ago for whichever reason. Probably for TBB's and stuff.

A serious answer: Suishin can be used to produce insane amount of speed which CAN be used to throw small projectiles for a quite a long distance. Also Minto is quite a skilled Kunai thrower, he actually threw a Kunai when A was using his fastest punch on him and THEN teleoprted ....

On a more interesting topic: Yes Madara has the greatest Hair but u guys are underrating Itachi and Tobirama.
