Plot Hole Kakashis MS?

So it was said by Tobirama that he adressed himself with the Uchihas and their ocular power. He said it was a clan possessed by evil for the following reason:

So he basically says everytime an Uchiha loses an important person in their life they become stronger e.g. evolving a sharingan and later on a mangekyou sharingan.

Kakashi evolved his Sharingan into a Mangekyou Sharingan but he isn't from the Uchiha bloodline therefore shouldn't have this "special" chakra in his brain and therefore he shouldn't have been able to evolve his basic Sharingan into a Mangekyou Sharingan.

Am I missing something or is this actually a plote hole? What do you think?

Maybe that special chakra sprouts inside everyones brain, but only affects Uchiha because of their Doujutsu.

@everyone saying things about Obito: That wouldn't explain why Kakashi's eyes evolved. The special chakra anatomically affects the eyes of the host, so, unless Kakashi and Obito's anatomy is "linked" somehow, that'd be impossible.

This is all incorrect, Kakashis eye didnt develop until long after Obitos did. They both experianced the loss of a loved one. but since Kakashi isnt an Uchiha it took longer for his to activate.
But the eye is the eye, and the eye has powers, regardless of you being an Uchiha, if you have the eye you have its powers.

Nope, you dont need to be an Uchiha, if u have a sharingan it will grow in strenght when you experiance the loss of a loved one.

that doesn't explain my question. If he is no Uchiha how should he be able to active it? it does have something to do with the special chakra Uchihas possess. You are practically saying that everbody who has a sharingan has the power to awaken the mangekyou sharingan despite not beeing an uchiha and that is against Tobiramas words.

No its not.
You dont understand, The sharingan is a trait of the Uchiha, but the Sharingan in itself has powers, yes everyone could activate it if they posess the eye just like you can use the Byakugan if you obtain it, the eye itself has Uchiha dna.
When Kakashi had it he had Uchiha dna in him, but since he is an Uchiha its not enough for the eyes full power to be used, there is no plothole you just need to think.

No. Kakashi awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan first when he killed Rin. He didn't actually use it in battle until Deidara. He had just found out about it.

Simple -> Obito saw the incident -> Obito evolved MS - > Kakashi evolved it aswell
