Plot hole in Genjutsu

I was looking Itachi vs kabuto battle and I found a flaw in that genjutsu battle
Here kabuto uses Taguya's Genjutsu

But Despite already caught in Genjutsu , both sasuke and Itachi are talking to each other like it was nothing.

But the funniest part was that both uchihaa brothers saw each other and casted Tsukuyomi and Genjutsu among themselves to cancel the Taguya's Genjutsu.

haha. this chapter made me realized 3 things
1.Either Kishimoto is idiot and forgot his other chapters about Genjutsu and its mechanism
2.Either A victim can still do a jutsu when he is in Genjutsu no mater what form of Genjutsu it is
3.Sharingan Genjutsu doesn't need eye contact at all

nagato couldn't use any jutsu when he was in sound Genjutsu and all of his 6 path were idle. that's why Jiraiya could easily destroy 3 paths . At that time jiraiya didn't knew there were 3 other path of pain so He released the Genjutsu. But as soon as genjutsu was realeased Nagato was finally able to use Jutsu and killed Jiraiya.

but in case of Uchihaa brother vs Kabuto

Both Uchihaa brothers are also seeing a completely different world when they were in genjutsu so how did Itachi and Sasuke cast jutsus to each other by looking straight into each others eyes ?

so here are 2 flaws.
1.Both ucihaa brother saw each other's exact position despite being in a genjutsu and seeing another world
2.Both Uchihaa brothers could cast a Jutsu despite being in Genjutsu.

how did they saw each others eyes when they were seeing a completely different pictures?

If a Genjutsu victim can cast a jutsu then why didn't Nagato use any jutsu against Jiraiya and He had to wait untill Jiraiya killed 3 pains and released the Genjutsu.

This is either one of a biggest plot hole or It proves 1 thing that a Genjutsu Victim can cast a jutsu no matter what Genjutsu it is

The sharingan discerns all ninjutsu taijutsu n genjutsu . Ot sees it and can counter it automatically did yoy forget that the sharingan can see thru all jutsu n copy it. Except for other bloodline limits
