Maybe Kakashi just reads those jiraiya books to understand the feelings of rin and therefore it might be better to turn into a good ending. We just need to consider that this manga is basicly for japanese kids.

But wasn't there a talk about rin before jiraiya fought pain? I may remember wrong but from my point of view the name rin fell. I just do not want to look it up cause i didnt know which chapter this was...

If this is true then rin might be executed from pain.

but i dont think rin is dead.. yea kakashi said all his friends died.. but i think he cut his bond with rin because she remind him of obito..or maybe she left the village.

I don't think so. Kakashi made a major promise to Obito that he would protect Rin even if it meant that he would die. I kinda presume that Rin is dead . . . sigh... Everyone who comes in contact with Kakashi seems to fade away or die . . . poor Kakashi. It must be extremely hard on him.

kishi better make rin be alive.. so kakashi can meet her again and have a happy life for once

rin being alive seems so unlikely....but hoping can be in order i guess
