The game had taken a massive change it's alot like GTA now when it was more of a crash bandicot type game, not that it's bad thing.

Lol I'd try finish it now but the disc is long broken. My little bro got Jak 2 and ik what you mean. They've guns and free roam with hover cars and shit now

If you're talking about Ratchet and clank/Jak and daxter then I gotta say I'm loving their gameplay and completely amused by the evolution of the series after each game I start.

Like in ratchet and clank you had your simple weapon and the game after it you get to evolve your arsenal and lastly although I just started the third game, you can evolve your weapons more than once (I only evolved once but the exp gauge is still going up)

Ofcourse not to mention how fluid it became to control ratchet and the overall graphical improvement.

And I'm absolutely in love with the characters and the story, I find qwark and clank hilarious.

As for jak and daxter I find the gameplay to be more challenging especially the second game's missons and I my jaw dropped after starting jak 2 because of how the gameplay and jak himself changed doe...

Story and characters are memorable and Daxter always finds a way to Crack me up lol.

I don't why they changed it to just "Jak" Instead of "Jak and daxter" freaking elf trying to steal all the glory from Orange lightning.
