3. Kishi through Itachi mentions throughout the fight, that Orochimaru's power is NOT his power.

2. Incorrect. The only reason he used Anko was because it was difficult for him to control them all AT SUCH A LONG RANGE. In a normal battle scenario, he will be plenty close enough to control them without a problem.
3/4. It doesn't matter where his power comes from, it matter that he can use it.

And at whoever said that Konan'd paper lake should count, that is different because she cannot use that in any random battle. She knew exactly when and where she would fight Obito. That jutsu can only be prepared for a specific fight, not a random one like Edo tensei.

Also, anyone who uses his fight against Itachi and Sasuke as proof that Itachi is better are pathetically wrong. That battle proves nothing. If anything it proves the opposite.

Is the rinnegan, which mutated from the sharingan, which the help of hashirama senju dna, madaras?

Is the rinnegan, give to him by madara, tobis power?

Is the 9 tails Narutos own power?

Is the juubi madaras or obitos power?

No. All these were stolen. None of them belongs to the person that has them.
