Currently we can't really tell what Sasuke wants..obviously he wants to change the shinobi world but how he wants to do it may be wrong (e.g killing all bjuus).

In the last few panels, he saved Naruto but that picture panel with Naruto's face was slightly ambiguous. I think maybe even Naruto sensed a little bit of darkness in him through KCM when he thought "Sasuke...".

Not to mention he said "*I* will delete the *past*"..putting emphasis on I and past. Perhaps he means he wants to fight Naruto himself?
