Nope, Sasuke will never be Hokage. He is a wanted criminal and a traitor to Konoha, he shows his face the villiage will drag him out and kill him.

Plus the Hokage is the strongest and Naruto is obviously stronger then Sasuke so that's another thing Sasuke doesn't have.

the only way sasuke has an opportunity for hokage is if naruto pulls something like we saw hashi do in the flashbacks...offer title of hokage to make up for what happened to the uchiha or something...but if sasuke is becoming cool good sasuke again, he wouldnt dare take that title from naruto.
