Fate/Zero - The main characters don't really care for friends, there are other supporting characters who do.
Darker Than Black - The main character is quite ruthless, doesn't talk about his friends but there are people he cares for.

Deadman Wonderland - I'm not actually too sure, I watched episode 1 a long time ago and haven't watched the rest.
The Legend Of Legendary Heroes - The main character does care allot for his friends, BUT he goes berserk from time to time and ends up destroying allot of stuff and killing allot of people.

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

Edit: I realize allot of people are suggesting anime that heavily involves friendship, some are good though, but I'll list the ones I know that have been suggested.
