Well Pousible Obito is not that Good on Rinnegun use he Didint used it in fight Against Naruto,Bee,Kakashi and guy Much just 3 Tehs He didint used it in Dimension against Kakashi and He dosent use it Now Maybe he Can't and Maybe he dont need that Now but im sure he Can use in Now bycous he is Jubito Now....
