Google will help you find other sites, its actually the best way to find sites IMO besides references that is.

If you're looking for a GIF, set the file type to GIF only and use the term "Naruto GIFs"
If you're looking for a render, set the file type to PNG and use search the character's name and added the word render "<character> render" like "Kakashi render"
You can also search for terms like "Naruto artwork" or "Naruto Drawings", And to only get high quality results, set the image size to large and use png only.
And yes, Google isn't everything, it only archives everything.
