The Philippines has been devastated after the aftermath of the super typhoon Haiyan, the strongest typhoon ever to be recorded that made landfall in face of the earth.

The eye of the typhoon was a few hundred kilometers away from my place and I witnessed first hand how people suffered. No food, electricity nor water in some isolated areas even as we speak. Thousands of people died and for a lot of them, there are no homes left for them to come back to.
I am here to knock on your hearts to help the people of the Philippines in our small way. They need our help. they need us. This is not compulsory but to those who are willing to help, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you.

I'm not stupid. I know he's obviously trolling. But even a troll knows not to post such a mindless post on such a thread. That was my point, in case you didn't get it from my first post.

My country is known for giving money away and guess who's tax money gets used for that. I don't give a dime to charity as the people in charge of the phillippines support first go to the Phillippines to check out on the damage, sleep in luxury hotels and then fly back to Holland which is at a far distance, thus expensive. I'd rather be there in person to help rebuild villages, but I can't so meh.
