This isn't advertising per se, it's linking to other sites which could draw members from the forum, indirect advertising of kinds.
Btw, if you have to suggest a site, name it, but don't link it, that's allowed.
Oh, and when I think about it, google is helpful, but you often get sites with a lot of pop-ups, annoying, so search carefully.
