I don't know whether I am posting thread in a correct place...

1) how do we earn reputation???
2) What do we do with Reputation???
3) If we give reputation our reputation gets minus???
4) If some1 thanks? what happens??
5) If some1 likes? what happens???
6) The green blink that shows under ((Posts/Like) it shows comments like is on distinguished road..) how do you calculate that???
7) how do we go to next level like from genin to chunnin????
8) How do i create a great animated profile??? I have seen some of my friends profile it just rocks. For me it just shows a plain...

Trust me i have tried to find this answer on my own in various section on Narutobase.net and i have tried to search it on Google i couldn't find the answers..

1) by making post/threads people like

2) nothing, it only shows how liked you are

5) the same as thanks

6) it depends on your rep bar

7) it depends on your post count

8) user cp > edit profile pic

1) People have to give you reputation. Post something good, and you´ll get some. Oh, and don´t ask people to give you.

2) Nothing, it´s only to show people how much effort you use on your posts and threads.

3) No, you´re NOT giving away your reputation. You keep your rep when you give.

4) You get some reputation points. You also earn 1 thanks in your statistics, which is just for show.

5) The same thing as "Thanks".

6) The green blink as you call it is the reputation bar. It grows with the amount of reputation you gain.

7) You have to post. 100 posts I think, I´m not sure.

8) Profile customization. You find it on your profile, and I guess it takes some time to get used to it.
