Please explain

Hiruzen died in the battle againts Orochimaru, at that time he was old. Madara died after he told Obito what he needed to do, and at that time we all know Madara was really old. What I don't get is when Hiruzen was ressurected and came out as if he just had a fight with Orochimaru, however when Madara was ressurected he came out in his prime age.

Can someone please explain this?
Or add any information I missed out

Kabuto did say he brought Madara back when he was in his Prime. Madara even commented back surprisingly as to him knowing what he was like in his prime. Hiruzen was brought back by Orochimaru's Edo Tensei and he was not thinking of brining back Prime Hiruzen.

That's the only explanation I can come up with at the moment. Kishi isn't really concerned with explanations anymore apparantly. Seem like where Madara is concern you can seal all nin bijuu at once. Use Susano'o without eyes, instantaneously heal and absorb jutsu without rinnegan....

...Yeah got nothing for ya on this really lol!

And does anyone else know how the 1st died? If he did was it in his Prime age, died from old age or there hasn't been any information about it?
